Hungarian Flavours' Fair in February – an event

Culinary products of almost one hundred Hungarian master craftsmen will be introduced between the 11th and the 13th of February 2011 in the B Pavilion of the Millenáris, where the Hungarian Craft Flavours Fair will be held for the first time.

In addition to the domestic producers,Transylvania will be the guest of honor this year. The “Hungarian Craft Flavours Fair is an initiative where exhibitors show their products for free, and those who are interested can taste the flavors of Hungary in a weekend” – quoted Világgazdaság Online Orosz Pál, who is Executive Manager of the Human Telex Kft., which is the organizer of the event.
