Fazekas Sándor: this year's pálinkas have high quality
This year's pálinkas have high quality and the amount is almost double than last year’s, according to the data of the first half year – Fazekas Sándor Minister of Agriculture Saturday told MTI on Saturday at the 3rd Kunadacs Sausage and Pálinka Festival.
He added that in the first half of this year 1.8 million liters of 50 degrees pálinka distillate was made in Hungary.
He stressed that the high quality is illustrated by the fact that each sample of the country tasting has been collected. 172 pálinka excellences out of the 327 pálinkas will be added to the Book of Pálinka Excellences, 70 percent more than in the previous year. (MTI)
