Fazekas Sándor: twofold increase in domestic consumption of honey
Thanks to the Honey Breakfast campaign launched last year, the domestic consumption of honey more than doubled in the past years in Hungary.
In 2010, 30 decagrammes were measured per capita, now it is 70 decagramme per capita; the ministry endeavors to increase domestic honey consumption to one kilogram by end of the decade – the Minister of Agriculture told on Friday at the Honey Breakfast campaign’s central event in Mátranovák, Nógrád county.
