Fazekas Sándor: the agrarian economy this year can increase its positive export balance
According to the preliminary datas, the Hungarian agriculture can increase its positive export balance this year, which is expected to exceed 3 billion euros, ie 800-900 billion euros – said Fazekas Sándor, Minister for Rural Development assessing this year to MTI.
He indicated that the sector’s performance in the first eight months of 2012 shows that until the end of August of agriculture export surplus amounted to 2.5 billion euros. This is slightly below the previous year's total of 2.7 billion euros positive balance. (MTI)
