Fazekas: the Hungarian watermelon is popular abroad
The Hungarian watermelon and seedless watermelon is also popular on the export markets. Hungary mainly transports them to Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and to the Nordic countries – the Minister of Agriculture told M1 news channel.
Fazekas Sándor emphasized that in the melon season 50-100 truck carry watermelon from Medgyesegyháza, Békés county to abroad.
