Ice-cream Museum in Italy
Ice-cream Museum opened near Bologna in Anzola Emilia created by the Carpigiani company. The museum shows the culinary history of ice-cream as well as ice cream machines.
“We have been working for a long to create an Italian ice-cream museum, as gelato is one of the best known and highest-quality Italian product. The ice cream industry also played a role in the Italian economic recovery after the 2nd World War and it is still a successful industry during the current crisis” – Romano Verardi, president of the Carpigiani Foundation said.
