That’s why the farmer training will be important in 2024!
In order to establish an agricultural business, purchase land, and even inherit and manage agricultural machinery, you will need a degree, which interested parties can obtain in a relatively short time in a practice-oriented way.
The golden ear farmer training is increasingly popular among individual employees and companies in Hungary: the participants can acquire the most complex curriculum possible in a practice-oriented way, with a favorable price-value ratio.
“Agriculture is a strategically important element of the domestic economy, the output of the sector reached HUF 3,378 billion in 2021 and provides a livelihood for more than 200,000 people. Despite this, there is a continuous serious labor shortage in several areas in the sector – this can be alleviated with various trainings and retrainings”
Lajos Tornyi, sales director of DEKRA Akademie, emphasized.
The number of participants in the golden ear farmer training courses organized by the adult training institution has been constantly increasing, since 2009 more than 7 thousand people have obtained certificates. The youngest participant was 18 and the oldest was 76, so we can safely say that the profession is attractive to people of all ages.
