Up today, the organizers confirmed that the exhibitor’s reservation rate is up to 27% compared with 2010, at the same period. Many countries have already confirmed their participation: Portugal, France (+11% in surface), Spain, Taiwan Region (+13%), USA, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Ireland, Argentina…
Without forgetting Korea who will be welcomed as Guest country of Honor in 2011!
SIAL China – 1st Wine Hall for China’s Market
Following the Chinese high interest in wine and spirits products, SIAL China will offer the largest wine section at a food & beverage exhibition in China by opening in 2011 a new hall specifically dedicated to wine and spirits offers. This will make SIAL China the biggest wine exhibition in Mainland China.
The hall will also gather the numerous events about this growing market. Visitors will re-enjoy for the 3rd consecutive year the Wine Innovation Forum and the premium Tasting Room. Best Buy China Competition – 12th edition – will highlight the best value for money wines exhibited in the show. Two new events will energize the business with the organization of Wine Experts Contest and Wine Business Meetings with the main distributors and importers in China.
