Trade magazin special award: Profi Birthday prize game – „That was professional, Klárika!”
Top promotions are accompanied by several prize games each year in the Profi discount chain. The Birthday campaign in September 2008 was special, as it was supported by the Balázs-Korda couple on TV, Internet and in stores as well. The brand new concept was intended to achieve several objectives: enhancing image, repositioning of the brand, recruiting new customers, reducing the average age of customers and boosting the intensity of shopping. Customers received a coupon upon payment which could be used for playing on the one armed bandits near cash registers for daily prizes and the main prize (2 Ford Fiestas). The creative concept based on the “That was professional” slogan had been highly successful. Execution of the campaign had been the task of D&V Marketing Kft.
