It is not only companies that develop the soft skills of employees in the form of trainings: there are already universities in Hungary where improving the “soft skills” of students is of the utmost importance. These skills may depend on the success or failure of an organisation, and their role in the labour market, which has been transformed by the pandemic situation, has become even more important.
