As of January 1, 2024, only private individuals can submit applications to the conciliation bodies as a result of a legislative amendment. The Budapest Conciliation Board, operated by the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BKIK), is currently working to ensure that businesses continue to have the opportunity to apply to a conciliation board.
