Record growth in the European organic market for decades

The largest market expansion in Europe in the last decade is shown by the retail sales of organic products. Globally, the European Union has already been the second largest single market for organic products after the United States, and record growth has clearly been brought about by a shift in consumption patterns during the pandemic.
