This year's agricultural damages are around 150 – 180 billion HUF
2010 was a poor year for agriculture, has not seen in decades,. The government also intends to give compensation from next year's budget.

Currently, 378 thousand hectares are under water, of which 237 thousand hectares are arable land. The damage costs 70 million forints per day. This year's agricultural damages are around 150 to 180 billion HUF – reports szabadfold.hu.
