Chocolate-producers are selling more during the Easter-season
Retail-chains have increased by 14 percent within February 2008 and January 2009 which means a 70 billion HUF increase.
Seasonal Easter-candies are being sold in great numbers: over 967 tons, which in fact is 95 gramms per person. Chocolate is one of the most popular items followed by Nielsen, out of the 90 products the company keeps track of. Only meat, beer, soda, mineral water, fruit juices, coffee and salty snacks atre more popular on the list than chocolate.
