Eurostat: online retailing is expanding steadily
According to the latest Eurostat datas, consumers increasingly trust in internet purchasing. More than a third of the EU's population purchased via the Internet last year in the three months preceeding the survey. This is a 10 percent increase in four years.
In Hungary growth is also steady: 13 percent of the respondents purchased over the Internet last year, compared to 8-9 percent of two years ago.
The Hungarian e-market has arrived to a milestone from the side of traders as well: beside the webstores foocusing on a product, online malls also gaining space – confirms the analysis of GKIeNET market research firm. (Népszabadság Online)
