Europol has seized almost 28 million illegal or counterfeit goods, including face masks
In an international operation, nearly 28 million illegal or counterfeit goods, including 27 million masks and unusable or substandard medical devices, were seized by law enforcement authorities in EU member states – the European Union Police Cooperation Organization (Europol) announced on Friday.
According to the Hague-based organization, ten people were arrested in Greece during the recently completed operation and more than 700,000 euros in cash (about 250 million forints) have also been seized, Europol said. (MTI)
