Day of European Trade: turnover continues to grow
To increase productivity and competitiveness, it is essential to achieve wage growth and economic development. Trade can play a key role in it – was said at the the Day of European Trade, where prestigious awards were handed over this year.
Trade turnover is steadily increasing for more than three years. The sector, which is already the largest employer needs an additional labor force of about three thousand people. According to the chairman of the Board of Directors of CO-OP Hungary Zrt., it is widely acknowledged now that the sector is a major driving force of the economy, of which the participants of the sector can be proud.
