Contronics gets EU prize for reducing food waste

Dry misting technology company Contronics has received an award from the European Commission for its ‘Fresh Demo’ research project. Contronics has proved with this EU- funded project that its dry misting technology makes a significant contribution to reducing food waste – this mist cools and protects fresh products, such as fruits and vegetables from dehydrating.
