European Court: some elements of the SZÉP-card and the Erzsébet voucher are violation the EU law
According to the Court of Justice of the European Union, some elements of the Széchenyi Rest Card (SZÉP-card) and the Erzsébet voucher are not compatible with EU laws – the Court of Justice of the European Union justified in its Tuesday judgment.
The European Commission has launched proceedings against Hungary before the EU courts. The court found that certain elements of the Erzsébet voucher and the Széchenyi Rest Card system violated the freedom of establishment and freedom to provide services. (MTI)
