Europe’s biggest food hub
All over the world people are attracted to complex forms of amusement in big cities. Atypical, really 21st-century hospitality units are very successful and popular, e.g. food courts, beer and food truck parks, etc. – these places are what we call food hubs. In February 3,500 guests were there at the opening of Europe’s biggest culinary centre, Manifesto Market in Berlin. The concept for the 4,400m² complex was imported from the Czech Republic.
