Building restaurant relationships with small producers in 2024
The VarjúGazda Eléskamrája program of the VakVarjú restaurant family searches for the domestic products of Hungarian small producers in a creative way.
The VakVarjú restaurant family, which operates six restaurants in Budapest, announces a tender for Hungarian ingredients and products for domestic producers.
Other members of their group of companies are Budapest Party Service, which organizes 700 events a year, our self-service restaurant business, consisting of 3 units, and Dobay Cukrászda és Pékség, which will soon have 3 stores.
In all their units, they strive to put as many dishes and cakes made from domestic ingredients on the plates as possible.
