More and more SMEs eliminate fringe benefits
The increasing proportion of the domestic SMEs eliminate fringe benefits. Where it is still available, cafeteria is the most popular benefit type.
After the slight improvement experienced in the summer, the almost four-year downward trend of cafeteria continues, which reached a new low point this year. Currently, only 39 percent of the businesses have calculated to give fringe benefits to the employees in some form. This is the lowest rate in the last ten years. (mfor.hu)
