Food for Life: persistent food collection program in Miskolc

The Észak-Magyarország.com (Northern Hungary.com) social cooperative organizes a food collection campaign called Food for Life on Saturday in Miskolc – was said at the M1 news channel’s show.

Theodorovits Andrea, the organizer of the action told that clean clothes, shoes, toys are given in exchange for persistent food.

She said that until 11 am 50 to 60 kilograms of bread, oil, flour and sugar were gathered.

She added, that thanks to the offering of a taxi company those can also send their donations, who can not visit the site of action personally, as the taxis bring the offered food for free. (MTI)
