Mercure Debrecen officially opened its doors with an evening gala
After welcoming its first guests, the Mercure Debrecen, which opened this summer, held an official opening gala evening for local community and business partners. The event was full of many attractions – in addition to magic tricks and fireworks, Viktor Király, known from the Megastar series and The Voice USA, also performed.
The hotel of the world’s leading hotel and catering industry chain, Accor Mercure, opened in Debrecen is part of the brand’s expanding portfolio outside of Budapest, which further strengthens the company’s position in Central and Eastern Europe. Located in the heart of the county seat, Mercure Debrecen offers perfect comfort for both business and leisure travelers.
Wanting to celebrate the success of its first months after its opening, the new Mercure Debrecen hotel presented the world of experiences of the popular hotel chain brand to the people of Debrecen and its business partners with a special event. In addition to classical violin music accompanied by the compositions of young DJs, many magic tricks and fiery spectacles entertained the gathered, providing an unparalleled experience to all participants. The highlight of the evening was the concert of Viktor Király – well-known singer, songwriter, winner of numerous Hungarian awards and Top 20 star of the 9th season of The Voice USA TV show. The hotel team treated the guests to Jardin Candy Corners full of French desserts, popcorn and cotton candy reminiscent of childhood memories.
