Esszencia Restaurant and Wine Bar
Hotel Silver Resort checked the latest fine dining trends, looked for a chef with excellent references and asked a good journalist to introduce the concept. Result: the hotel reopened their five-year-old restaurant under a new name. Besides their traditional suppliers, they now also buy base material from local farmers, from which chef Endre Ruga of Speiz fame prepares Hungarian dishes (main dishes are available for HUF 1,800-3,800). Wines cone from renowned cellars and they are recommended by a sommelier.
