Interpretations uncertainties in the reduction of pork VAT
According to the information of the agrárszektor.hu, the National Retail Federation (OKSZ) is calling that the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) to issue resolution in controversial cases.
The 5 percent VAT reduction of pork carcass meat creates confusion in trade, because in several cases difficulties have been raised in the interpretation of the VAT classification – agrarszektor.hu wrote. For example, it is unclear whether the pork boneless is burdened by 5 percent or 27 percent VAT . (agrarszektor.hu)
