The local government of Hévíz will sell its hotel
The local government of Hévíz will sell its three star hotel in Hévíz. The local government expects a revenue of at least 1.4 billion HUF from the sale.
The representatives of the spa town decided to sell the local government’s business part in the Aquamarin Szállodaipari Kft. in October. The local government conducts the sale, in the scope of an open competitive sales process. If more offers will arrive, a bid will choose the purchaser. (MTI)
