Women executives increase company value
Skema Business School have published the results of a 10-year-long study. They had examined the stock exchange data of 40 companies in France. It turned out that the 15 firms where there are significantly more women working in managerial positions performed much better in the last decade. Professor Michel Ferrary underlined: women executives have a positive influence not only on a company’s reputation but also on its economic performance.
