Érték és Minőség Nagydíj: even more people fought for the title this year than last year
The awards of the Value and Quality Grand Prize Contest were presented at the Economy Festival, in the Főrendiház Hall of the Parliament on September 7. This year, 47 applications from 40 applicants earned the use of the trademark and the award in a high-level competition announced in more than 100 topics of 45 main groups covering almost the entire range of the economy.
Among the most outstanding applications, 11 received special awards as a special recognition of their work. At the ceremony, János Latorcai, the Vice-President of the Parliament, and Sándor Farkas, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, gave a speech and presented the awards. During this challenging period, the Tender Board positively evaluated the increase in the number of applications deserving the use of trademarks, and that they could once again welcome businesses from across borders. As in previous years, the majority of products were related to agriculture this year, despite the known difficulties affecting the sector. This ratio supports the unquestionable importance and significance of domestic agriculture and the food industry.
In 2023, the Value and Quality Grand Prize Competition was announced and implemented for the sixth time by DIAMOND Szervezőiroda Bt., ExVA Vizsgáló és Tanúsító Kft., Hajnal Húskombinát Kft., LEGRAND Magyarország Electricity Systems Zrt., Saint-Gobain Hungary Kft. ., the SZÁM-PONT Számítástechnikai és Oktáto Központ Kft., as the Tendering Council of the tender system. Its main supporter is the State Secretariat for National Policy of the Prime Minister’s Office, its professional supporter is the Ministry of Agriculture, its professional partner is the National Food Chain Safety Office.
