Intercontinental has strengthened

The world's largest hotel chain, the Intercontinental closed a strong third quarter: its operating result – compared to the previous year – increased by a third.

Operating income was 153 million USD, after the 115 million USD of a year earlier. Analysts expectations were about 138 to 153 million USD. The good result is mainly due to the company's American and Chinese businesses. Net income increased to 129 million USD, a year earlier it was 108 million USD – reports MTI.
