Consumer confidence has become stronger in the world’s largest economy
Consumer confidence increased in the United States, the Conference Board index improved, after two months it rose again to nearly 18 years in April.
The Conference Board’s nonprofit economic research institute announced on Tuesday that the consumer confidence index rose to 128.7 points in April from the 127 points of March. In February, the index stood at 130 points, which was the highest level since 2000 November. (MTI)
