WING Zrt. is transforming its management structure as of April 1, 2026. As part of the change, the role of Chairman and CEO will be split: Noah Steinberg will continue his work as Chairman in the future, while Dr. Walter Katalin will take over the management of the Hungarian operational activities as CEO.

Hungary’s leading real estate developer and investor, WING, will transform its organization as of April 1, 2026. The goal of the transformation is to build on the unbroken growth of more than two and a half decades to make the company’s operations even more efficient and create a stable foundation for future development opportunities.

The most important element of the change is the split of the role of Chairman and CEO in WING Zrt. Noah Steinberg, who has held the dual position, will continue his work as chairman in the future, focusing on long-term strategic directions, while continuing to hold the position of chairman and CEO of WINGHOLDING, which covers both domestic and international interests of the company group. Dr. Walter Katalin, CEO, will be responsible for operations in Hungary.

Noah Steinberg said: “Over the past twenty-five years, our group of companies has developed from a domestic real estate development company into a regional real estate group, with an active development and investment presence in Hungary, Germany and Poland. The expansion of our international activities and the increasing complexity of our operations made it justified to place the diverse activities carried out on the Hungarian real estate market under the management of a dedicated manager.” He added: “Katalin’s professional experience and previous leadership performance provide a solid foundation for the further, value-based development of WING Hungary, building on existing successes.”

dr. As CEO, Katalin Walter will be tasked with further developing the Hungarian operations. “WING has built extremely solid foundations in Hungary and the region over the past decades. As CEO, my goal is to build on these and continue and strengthen this success story, while adapting to the changing market environment and developing our operations and strengthening our competitiveness,” she emphasized.

Thanks to its significantly expanding international presence in recent years, WING is now active as a real estate developer and investor in several countries: in addition to the Hungarian market, it has also become a leading player in the Polish and German markets.
