The Transit Group strengthens on the waterfowl market
The Szabó family interested in the Poultry sector in Debrecen’s Tranzit Group does not leave the poultry sector, but in the form of a joint venture, made a professional cooperation with one of the largest LDCs in the European poultry market – agrarszektor.hu wrote.
The Tranzit Group, which has a leading role in the waterfowl market in Hungary, argued that the transaction is needed for the Central and Eastern European expansion. LDC acquires a 70 percent stake in the Hungarian group of companies, but the management of Tranzit will remain in the hands of the Szabó family. (agrarszektor.hu)
