Optimism characterises the business sphere
The last time that expectations of the business sphere were as optimistic as in February 2011 was early 2001. Opinion about production prospects and the volume of orders – especially that of import orders – improved in February. In February the retail confidence index, after several months of improvement, decreased by less than the growth in January. Service providers also have higher expectations. Willingness for employment strengthened I every sector, with the exception of the industry. The intention to increase prices increased to some extent in every sector, just like consumer expectation for inflation.
