Competition authority gives green light to Hungerit deal
The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) has ruled that Csányi Group’s buying of HUNGERIT Poultry Processing and Food Zrt. has no negative competitive effect on the domestic market. It turned out that in the domains where both companies are active their combined market share is below the 20-percent threshold. //
