The GVH authorize Bonafarm’s new purchase
The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) authorized the Bonafarm Zrt. to purchase the Pápa-based Agro-Invest Kft.
The GVH had not found a reason to order a merger investigation regarding the new acquisition of Bonafarm Zrt. owned by Csányi Sándor – the agency informed agrárszektor.hu. The transaction has already been completed by the parties. (agrarszektor.hu)
