Processed meat products without permission were seized in Zala county
A meat wholesaler company dealt with meat processing without a license in Zala county. At the premises of the company four tonnes of meat products were seized – the Directorate General National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) informed MTI on Monday.
Cséve Szabolcs press officer told that the finance guards of NAV and the staff of the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) carried out a check at a meat wholesaler in Zala county a few days ago. The origin of four tonnes of processed meat products could not be verified. The staff NÉBIH seized the meat products and ordered their destruction. (MTI)
