Nébih occupied pesticides sold without permission
In November, the specialists of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) tested online pesticide sellers. During the action, the authority seized unlicensed products in a value of nearly 200 thousand forints.
According to the communication of Nébih, the pesticides sold without authorization were offered by individuals for sale on the Internet.
In its statement, Nébih emphasized that the authority will also monitor the marketing of pesticides advertised on the Internet, because the use of plant protection products from illegal or unknown sources poses a serious risk. The authority warned that if someone detects illegal distribution, please report them on the Nébih green number (06-80 / 263-244) or at ugyfelszolgalat@nebih.gov.hu. (MTI)
