Employer branding against hotel fluctuations
More and more domestic hotels recognize that an integrated employer branding strategy can provide an effective solution to the huge fluctuation in hospitality. Experience shows that one-off campaigns do not work, and employer branding can be effectively integrated into the business strategy.
In our hotels with more than 300 rooms, the annual fluctuation among employees was 31 percent, while in hotels with 100-200 rooms it was 54 percent. According to the survey of the Association of Hungarian Hotels and Restaurants, fluctuations are increasing year by year in the domestic hotel industry, and the problem is simply that hotels would increase the number of employees by 3-5 percent on average if they were able.
