Seville World Expo

On 14 June BGE KVKI and the Sevilla Association of Friends placed a memorial plaque in the lobby of the university’s building in Alkotmány Street, commemorating Hungary’s culinary success at the Sevilla Expo in 1992. Back then students and teachers of BGE KVIK played an active role in operating the two restaurants of the Hungarian pavilion, Mathias Rex and Hungarian Pavilion, for six months – the two restaurants won a bronze medal in the ranking of the expo’s restaurants. //
