Art-installation-performance-food/drinks: If we go along this line, we reach 21st century’s close relationship between art and gastronomy. Think of receptions held in museums, food styling or food art. There are also more special events where food and drinks are the art installations. At the Art Basel Miami Beach, Jennifer Rubell organises breakfast bacchanalias every year; this year she used a year 3-storey Biblical concept, highlighting each element with gastronomic experiences.
