Rising retail sales, consumer confidence reached its three-year peak in the United States
The U.S. consumer confidence index in February jumped to heights have not seen for 3 years, increasing to 70.4 points, from the 64.8 points of January. This is the highest level since February 2008 and well above the analysts’ expectations of 65 points.
The U.S. households are getting more optimistic, retail sales are increasing for the seventh month and expectations over the marketing processes also increasing for three months, bu the confidence index is still rather low compared to its historical heights – reports tozsdeforum.hu, after QUAESTOR.
