Alcohol and tobacco excise tax will increase
The government insists on reducing the state debt – said Prime Minister Orbán Viktor after the cabinet meeting held in Lovasberény. Matolcsy György Economy Minister told that the excise duties on tobacco products, alcohol, gambling and diesel fuel will increase.
The euro area is facing serious challenges – said Orbán Viktor at the press conference in Lovasberény. He said, those countries that can not escape from the debt spire will face tough years, but Hungary do not want to go this way. Despite the lower-than-expected European economic growth they do not diverge from the earlier target, the reduction of state debt – reports Világgazdaság Online.
