The number of robotic work processes is increasing
The number of robotized work processes in factories is increasing all over the world, including at home, especially in production and packaging tasks. All this generates considerable enthusiasm and demand among all those who want to reduce their operating costs and increase their efficiency in this way. However, a significant number of businesses are forced to give up their automation ideas after examining the processes – pointed out Tamás Neubauer, managing director of NTcom Kft., which deals with automation and robotics.
Robotics is really the present and the future of production, and it really is one of the fastest-paying investments, as we have been reading about everywhere for years. By using it, the constant operating costs really decrease, as does the scrap rate, while at the same time productivity increases, production becomes more predictable, and the robot can even replace the work of several people.
It is less often added that, at the same time, it requires a significant initial investment before a process can be fully or at least significantly automated, so such investments have reasonable return limits, which it is worth being aware of at least in broad terms.
