Judgment of first instance at Paprika-action

The health of customers was not endangered, but they were mystifed by Szegedi Paprika Rt. . The company have to pay HUF 10 million fine.

The first rate defendant, the CEO have to pay HUF 700,000,
the second rate defendant, the branch manager have to pay HUF 240,000 penalty.
Appeal came from both sides.
