According to the Ministry’s statement, the Minister drew attention to the fact that farmers need to know certain elements of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) strategic plan in the summer in order to make the right economic decisions, so it is important that the plans are adopted in time, by mid-summer at the latest.
