Dunamenti Fish Festival for the first time in Mohács

The Dunamenti Fish Festival will be organized for the first time in Mohács on July 22 by the German national minority self-government of Mohács, Baranya county. Fish cooking masters are awaited for the event from near the Danube River from Győr to Novi Sad.

The aim of the gastronomic festival is to present all the Near Danube fish soup varieties, including the fish soup of Mohács of course – Illés Richárd German minority self-government representative and one of the organizers of the event told MTI, who also stated that their event does not intend to compete with the Baja Fish Cooking Festival.
