Beer industry giant to buy Foster’s
According to the informations of the Sunday Times; British SABMiller would taken a 10.9 billion USD bid for the brewery branch of Foster's. With this transaction Anheuser-Busch Inbev’s position could be in danger as the leading brewer of the World.
With the transaction, SABMiller can become the world's largest beer manufacturer again. Its leading position has been taken over by Anheuser-Busch, which acquired the beer manufacturer InBev in 2008 – reports portfolio.hu.
