Budapest stepped forward in the ranking of the most popular conference cities
In the latest International ranking of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), Budapest has moved to 12th place in 2017, improving four places compared to 2016 and seven places, compared to 2015.
The Budapest Festival and Tourism Center (BFTK), in its statement sent to the MTI on Thursday, underlined that the Hungarian capital, with its 128 conferences organized by international conference federations, oveartook such popular business destinations as Hong Kong, Dublin, Copenhagen, Amsterdam , Bangkok, Rome, Tokyo and Montreal.
