Festive traffic in stores lags behind the traffic of the previous years
Turnover in stores will increase during the Easter period compared to the usual, but the festive upswing this year will not be as great as before the pandemic, the Secretary General of the National Trade Association (OKSZ) told MTI on Tuesday.
Vámos György explained: in 2019, as a result of Easter spending, the turnover of grocery stores jumped by 50-60 billion forints, compared to January-February, there was no such big jump last year, and it is not expected now. (MTI)
